From November 7, PartPay will now be known as Zip. This document will provide information for those who have built custom integrations into PartPay online or instore APIs.


We will continue to support all endpoints as part of this rebrand. New domain hosted endpoints will be made available to you for integration purposes, but it should be noted any integration you previously have had with will continue to function as described.

If you are using exsiting partpay widget (hosted at, these will automatically update to have Zip branding on the 7th of Nov.

Why are you rebranding?

Our business has recently been purchased by Zip Co Limited, an Australian ‘buy now, pay later’ company that has very similar products and shares the same outlook as PartPay. All our local team are still staying on though and it’s business as usual for us.

Who is Zip?

What’s the impact on my business?

Our product, technology, integrations, and staff are all staying as is so there’ll be very little change for your business. Our Merchant Success Team will be in touch to talk you through it and answer any questions…

Will my rates be changing?

No, your rates will stay the same, and so will the settlement process for us paying you.

Will I have to retrain my staff?

All customer and staff processes for shopping online or instore will remain the same. Simply let everyone know that PartPay is now called ‘Zip’.

Will this affect my customers at all?

The process for customers shopping instore or online will stay the same - the only changes they’ll be seeing is the new logo, name and colours.

How do I access my reports?

The existing Merchant Portal you use for accessing reports, processing refunds, or processing instore transactions will work the same as it always has, but will be rebranded. The URL will be changing so we will confirm this before the 7th, but the existing one will automatically redirect you to the right place anyway.
